Kerala HC: Civil Courts Cannot Grant Injunctions in NCLT Matters and Such Orders Can Be Set Aside - (17 Dec 2025)

INSOLVENCY

Kerala High Court reiterated that civil courts lack jurisdiction over matters within the exclusive domain of the NCLT, holding that injunctions granted in violation of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code are patently illegal and liable to be set aside.
