NCLAT: Appellate Jurisdiction Limited to Orders Deciding Parties’ Rights, Not Procedural Directions - (17 Dec 2025)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT, Chennai, held that appellate jurisdiction under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code is limited to reviewing NCLT orders that adjudicate or determine parties’ rights, and does not extend to purely procedural or interlocutory directions such as the issuance of notice.
