NCLT Mumbai: Oppression Claims Against Majority Shareholders Do not Justify Winding up a Company - (16 Dec 2025)

NCLT Mumbai dismissed a winding-up plea against Nissan Motor India's former partner Hover Automotive India, ruling that allegations of oppression by majority shareholders cannot justify liquidation when alternative remedies under the Companies Act are available.
