SC: Women’s Representation Requirement Applies to All Bar Associations in Gujarat - (11 Dec 2025)

Supreme Court clarified that its earlier direction mandating women’s representation in Bar Associations applies uniformly to all Bar Associations across Gujarat, irrespective of their specific names or classifications.
