Bombay High Court: Senior Citizens Act Cannot be Misused to Summarily Evict a Son - (09 Dec 2025)

Bombay High Court held that the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 protects senior citizens’ rights and cannot be misused by them to evict their children without following the proper legal procedure.
