Rajasthan HC upheld the single judge’s decision rejecting the challenge to Padmesh Mishra’s appointment as Additional Advocate General in the Supreme Court, despite claims that he lacked the experience required under the 2018 State Litigation Policy and that he is the son of Justice P.K. Mishra.
