MP High Court: DRT Cannot Restrict or Impose Conditions on a Person's Foreign Travel - (03 Dec 2025)

Madhya Pradesh High Court held that the Debts Recovery Tribunal lacks the authority to restrict a person’s fundamental right to travel abroad and therefore cannot impose any conditional requirements on foreign travel.
