Bombay HC: Results of Dec 2 And 20 Local Body Election Must be Declared Together - (03 Dec 2025)

ELECTION

Bombay High Court deferred the declaration of Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat poll results to December 21, directing that outcomes of the elections held on December 2 and December 20 be announced together on that date rather than in phases.
