Delhi HC: Parties Must First Ask Social Media Platforms to Remove Content Before Seeking Injunction - (02 Dec 2025)

Delhi High Court held that anyone seeking urgent removal of objectionable online content must first approach the relevant social media platform before seeking a court injunction. The court noted that intermediaries generally do not oppose such takedown requests.
