Supreme Court: Selection Criteria Cannot be Altered After Interviews are Conducted - (02 Dec 2025)

SC reaffirmed that selection criteria cannot be changed after the final evaluation stage. It dismissed the J&K Services Selection Board's appeal, directing the creation of an additional post for candidates affected by post-interview changes in Forester recruitment, deeming such modifications unlawful.
