Supreme Court: Bail Cannot be Granted Solely on Parity; Accused’s Specific Role Must be Assessed - (01 Dec 2025)

Supreme Court set aside the Allahabad High Court’s bail order granted on the ground of parity, holding that bail cannot be granted solely based on parity without examining the accused’s specific role in the alleged offence.
