Kerala HC Upholds Life Terms For Five, Acquits Two in Renjith Johnson Murder, Says TIP Not Needed - (28 Nov 2025)

CRIMINAL

Kerala High Court upheld the conviction of five accused in the 2018 abduction and murder of Renjith Johnson, holding that a test identification parade was unnecessary since Johnson’s mother had ample opportunity to see the accused, while two others were acquitted for lack of evidence.
