Calcutta HC: Post-Award Claim For Municipal Tax Reimbursement is Not Maintainable under Section 9 - (28 Nov 2025)

ARBITRATION

Calcutta High Court held that a partner cannot seek reimbursement of municipal tax through a post-award petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration Act, since it is a substantive monetary dispute that must be adjudicated under Section 34 of the Act.
