Kerala HC: Hospitals Must Display Rates and Cannot Deny Emergency Care For Lack of Advance Payment - (27 Nov 2025)

Kerala High Court has dismissed appeals by the Indian Medical Association and the Kerala Private Hospitals Association, upholding the Single Bench’s decision that validated the provisions of the Kerala Clinical Establishments Act and its corresponding Rules.
