SC Halts Deer Translocation From Delhi’s AN Jha Park And Orders a Probe into DDA Negligence - (27 Nov 2025)

ENVIRONMENT

Supreme Court has halted the translocation of spotted deer from Delhi’s A.N. Jha Deer Park to Rajasthan after noting a troubling pattern of negligence by the Delhi Development Authority during earlier translocation efforts, and ordered an investigation into the lapses.
