SC Auction Sale under Order XXI Rule 90 CPC Cannot Be Challenged on Pre-Proclamation Grounds - (26 Nov 2025)

CIVIL

Supreme Court held that a judgment-debtor cannot challenge a completed auction sale at a belated stage, noting that under Order XXI Rule 96(3) CPC, objections must be raised before the sale proclamation, and belated challenges after completion are impermissible.
