Chhattisgarh HC: Father Must Provide Maintenance and Marriage Expenses to Unmarried Adult Daughter - (25 Nov 2025)

Chhattisgarh High Court has ruled that a father is both legally and morally obligated to provide maintenance and marriage expenses to his daughter, and this responsibility continues even after she attains the age of majority.
