Delhi HC Rules That ‘Hermès’ and the 3D Shape of its ‘Birkin’ Bag are Well-Known Trademarks in India - (25 Nov 2025)

Delhi High Court has recognised the three-dimensional shape of Hermès’ iconic Birkin bag, along with the “Hermès” name and its stylised logos, as well-known trademarks in India, affirming the brand’s strong trademark protection.
