Delhi HC: Arbitrator Controls Evidence and Appellate Courts Cannot Reassess Facts - (21 Nov 2025)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court reaffirmed that an arbitrator is the master of the evidence, and courts, while exercising appeal or supervisory powers, cannot reappreciate factual findings in an arbitral award. It added that Section 34 provides only limited, restrictive jurisdiction.
