Delhi HC: Economic Offender Cannot Seek Travel Abroad For Medical Treatment When Available In India - (20 Nov 2025)

CONSTITUTION

Delhi High Court held that an economic offender cannot seek travel abroad for medical treatment when adequate care is available in India, noting that while personal liberty under Article 21 is recognized, it must yield to public interest in ensuring accountability for serious economic offences.
