SC: Assigning a Decree For Specific Performance of a Sale Agreement Does Not Require Registration - (20 Nov 2025)

Supreme Court held that a decree for specific performance of a sale agreement can be assigned without registration, as such decrees do not create any proprietary interest, and therefore, compulsory registration is not required.
