Supreme Court: TIP is Unreliable if the Witness Saw the Accused Beforehand - (20 Nov 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court acquitted a man accused of killing an elderly man during a robbery, holding that the sole eyewitness’s identification made eight years later despite weak eyesight and contradictions was unreliable, leaving no substantive evidence linking him to the crime.
