Delhi High Court: Counsel Cannot Treat Passovers or Adjournments as an Automatic Right - (18 Nov 2025)

Delhi High Court cautioned that passovers and adjournments are courtesies, not rights, noting that counsel must manage their schedules responsibly so the opposite side does not suffer, the court observed while addressing a lawyer’s mistaken belief to the contrary.
