Allahabad HC: Employees of Constituent Institutions are not Entitled to Central University Benefits - (17 Nov 2025)

Allahabad High Court recently ruled that employees of constituent institutions cannot claim benefits of Central University staff in the absence of a specific policy. The court held that merely being part of the university does not entitle them to the General Provident Fund Scheme.
