SC Directs States to Notify Eco-Sensitive Zones Around Tiger Reserves and Regulate Tiger Safaris - (17 Nov 2025)

ENVIRONMENT

Supreme Court issued directives on tiger safaris, reserve management, and protection of sensitive tiger landscapes. Accepting the Expert Committee’s findings on Corbett violations, the bench mandated that all States implement these measures within strict timelines.
