SC: Its 2024 Order Letting Union Review Benami Act Cases Based on 'Ganpati Dealcom' was Incorrect - (17 Nov 2025)

Supreme Court dismissed the Union Government’s plea to review Benami Act cases decided under the 2022 Ganpati Dealcom judgment, observing that a later overruling of a precedent is not a valid ground for review.
