Punjab & Haryana High Court: Cyber Fraud Cases Uphold Public Trust, Cannot Be Quashed by Compromise - (14 Nov 2025)

Punjab & Haryana High Court observed that cyber fraud is a systemic offense undermining public trust and the digital economy, and therefore, such cases cannot be quashed merely based on a compromise or settlement between the complainant and the accused.
