Supreme Court Terms Delay in Framing Charges for 4 Years in Maharashtra Case ‘Shocking’ - (13 Nov 2025)

Supreme Court expressed strong displeasure with Maharashtra authorities for a four-year delay in framing charges against an undertrial, blaming co-accused on bail for the delay. The Court criticized officials for failing to ensure their presence before the trial court.
