Kerala High Court: Widow’s Remarriage No Bar to Compassionate Appointment - (13 Nov 2025)

Kerala High Court held that a widow’s remarriage does not affect her statutory right to appointment under Rule 51B of the Kerala Education Rules, 1959. The court ruled that this vested right cannot be denied based on executive instructions for government employees.
