Ker HC: NDPS Case Stands Even if Contraband Listed in Ml, if Chemical Report Shows Equivalent Weight - (11 Nov 2025)

Kerala High Court held that stating the quantity of contraband under the NDPS Act in millilitres instead of grams does not invalidate the case, as long as the chemical analysis report confirms the equivalent weight.
