SC Explains How 'Intention' & 'Knowledge' Decide if S.304 IPC Offence is Culpable Homicide Not Murder - (11 Nov 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court converted a man’s conviction from murder under Section 302 to culpable homicide not amounting to murder under Section 304 Part I, noting he had no intention to kill but was aware that his actions could likely cause the victim’s death.
