SC: Rejection of Plaint is Appealable, but no Appeal Lies Against Order Refusing to Reject Plaint - (11 Nov 2025)

CIVIL

Supreme Court clarified under the Commercial Courts Act, 2015, that an order allowing rejection of a plaint is appealable under Section 13(1A). However, an order refusing to reject a plaint is not appealable and must be challenged via revision or an Article 227 petition, as applicable.
