SERVICE

Jhar. HC ruled that Dynamic Assured Career Progression (DACP) Scheme benefits must be granted to all eligible medical officers, not just those who filed petitions. The court held that once a policy is revived all within its scope deserve equal benefit regardless of whether they approached the court.
