Bombay HC Cancels ERC Order, Rules Stakeholders Must Be Heard Before Amending Multi-Year Tariff - (06 Nov 2025)

ELECTRICITY

Bombay HC held that Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC) cannot amend or review a Multi-Year Tariff order without giving notice and a meaningful hearing to all stakeholders.
