Rajasthan HC: Magistrate Can’t Order Secured Creditor to Pay Police Expenses For Asset Possession - (04 Nov 2025)

Raj HC has held that a Magistrate cannot require a secured creditor to deposit police expenses for taking possession of a secured asset under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
