Delhi HC: Bribe Profits Invested in Shares Are Proceeds of Crime and Attachable under PMLA - (04 Nov 2025)

Delhi High Court has held that profits earned from bribe money invested in the stock market are proceeds of crime and attachable under the PMLA, noting that any appreciation remains tainted by the original illicit source.
