Delhi HC: 'No Coercive Steps' Does Not Mean Stay or Suspension of Investigation - (04 Nov 2025)

Delhi High Court has held that the phrase “no coercive steps” does not imply a stay or suspension of an investigation, clarifying that such wording cannot be construed as halting any ongoing proceedings against an individual.
