Delhi HC: Only a Sessions Court, Not an Ilaqa Magistrate, Can Order Further Probe After Committal - (03 Nov 2025)

Delhi High Court ruled that once a case is committed, only the Court of Sessions can order further investigation, not an Ilaqa Magistrate. The court emphasized that Section 193(9) BNSS clearly vests this power with the Sessions Court.
