Allahabad HC: Police Can Freeze Accounts on Suspicion; Affected Party May Seek Magistrate’s Relief - (03 Nov 2025)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court held that police can freeze bank accounts if suspicious transactions are found during investigation, while the affected party has the right to approach the concerned Magistrate for defreezing the account once the investigation is concluded.
