NCLAT: Claimants Must Prove Asset Ownership; Liquidator Need Not Establish Title of Assets in Custody - (03 Nov 2025)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT, New Delhi, upheld the NCLT’s order permitting liquidators to remove movable assets from leased premises owned by Reliance Realty Limited, while restraining RRL from obstructing access, affirming that claimants must prove ownership, not the liquidator.
