Allahabad HC: Juvenile Conviction Cannot be Treated as Disqualification for Government Jobs - (31 Oct 2025)

Allahabad High Court held that a juvenile’s conviction under the Juvenile Justice Act, relying on Section 19 of the 2000 Act and Section 24 of the 2015 Act, cannot be treated as a disqualification for appointment in services, ensuring juveniles are not barred from future employment.
