Delhi HC: Denying Candidature of Physically Disabled Person Due to 'No Vacancy' Violates RPwD Act - (29 Oct 2025)

Delhi High Court held that rejecting the candidature of a physically disabled individual on the ground of 'no vacancy' violates the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, as such a refusal undermines the Act's provisions for ensuring equal opportunities.
