SC: Once Court Signals Its Mind, Counsel Must Refrain from Further Submissions to Preserve Decorum - (29 Oct 2025)

Supreme Court observed that once a Bench indicates its inclination and asks counsel to refrain from further submissions, that direction must be respected, as continuing to insist serves no purpose and undermines the decorum and orderly conduct of court proceedings.
