SC: Murder Conviction Upheld Despite Non-Recovery of Weapons When Direct Evidence Exists - (29 Oct 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court upheld the conviction of four persons in a double murder case, ruling that despite delays in filing the FIR and non-recovery of weapons, the prosecution’s case was supported by direct eyewitness testimony and medical evidence proving the appellants intentionally attacked the victims.
