Orissa HC: Court Must Pass Decree Based on Mediation Report Once Dispute is Referred to Mediation - (28 Oct 2025)

Orissa High Court held that once a dispute is referred to mediation, the court cannot refuse to accept the mediation report and is obligated to pass a decree based on the compromise or solution reached during mediation, reinforcing the binding effect of mediated settlements.
