Delhi HC: Changing POCSO Victim’s Clothes Before Medical Examination Does Not Affect Evidence - (28 Oct 2025)

Delhi High Court observed that changing the clothes of a minor rape victim under the POCSO Act before her medical examination does not weaken the prosecution's evidence, affirming that such a change does not affect the integrity or admissibility of medical or testimonial proof.
