Delhi HC: Legal Heirs Can Seek Impleadment in Pending Appeals under FEMA - (28 Oct 2025)

Delhi High Court observed that legal heirs have the right to seek impleadment in pending appeals under the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1973, and the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, following the death of the original appellant, ensuring their interest in the proceedings is protected.
