Kerala HC: Ex-CISF Personnel can Buy Liquor from CAPF Canteens - (24 Oct 2025)

DEFENCE

Kerala HC ruled that retired Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel can buy liquor from canteens of other CAPFs including CRPF & BSF using the Central Liquor Management System (CLMS) ensuring equal access to facilities previously limited to serving or retired members of specific forces.
