Kerala HC Cancels Mohanlal’s Ivory Ownership Certificates - (24 Oct 2025)

ENVIRONMENT

Kerala High Court held that the ownership certificates issued by the Kerala government to actor Mohanlal for possessing ivory are illegal and unenforceable, declaring that such certificates have no legal validity under existing wildlife protection laws.
