Secured Creditors' Dues Take Priority Over Govt Claims: Allahabad HC on SARFAESI & RDB Acts - (17 Oct 2025)

Allahabad High Court held that under Section 26-E of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 and Section 31B of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993, the dues of secured creditors take precedence over all other debts, including government (crown) dues.
